Azores* – Up to 5 Business Days**: 2,99 € (+ € 3 in case of Cash On Delivery Shipping)
Madeira* – Up to 4 Business Days**: 2,99 € (+ € 3 in case of Cash On Delivery Shipping)
Spain* – Up to 4 Business Days**: 4,99 €
EU* – Up to 5 Business Days**: 9,99 €
World* – Up to 7 Business Days**: 9,99 €
*Certain parties may take longer than normal, as in the case of Islands.
** This is the normal time the product takes to be delivered since it leaves our warehouse.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. If you do not receive an email within 5 business days after you have placed your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW CAN I CONTROL MY ORDER?

HOW CAN I GET AN INVOICE?
You will receive the invoice of your purchase by email once we confirm that we have confirmed the payment of your order. If you did not receive your invoice, or if you are wrong, contact us by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
I WANTED THE WRONG PRODUCT! WHAT DO I DO?
Contact us as soon as possible by e-mail so that we can correct the error before sending the order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SUBMITTED?
Your order will be processed up to 1 business day upon receipt of payment and you will receive the order up to 2 business days (see Shipping Information) after the order leaves our warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent when your order is shipped from our warehouse.
These deadlines can be extended if the purchase is made in high season (Christmas for example).
IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
Any unused product may be changed within 15 days of purchase.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN USED?
We only accept exchanges of products that have not been used.
